Hillcrest Barn is a traditional Derbyshire barn with exposed beams and many traditional features which has been fitted out to the highest standard. Relax in the lounge with its leather sofas, log burning stove, freeview tv, dvd and traditional pine furniture. Enjoy your meals in the separate dining room with doors to the garden patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) and a shower room. The secluded south facing garden is fully enclosed and has a patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is parking for 1 car in the drive with additional non restricted on street parking. There is an additional separate area where there is a washer, tumble dryer, extra fridge and freezer.

Pets & Children Children Welcome. Pets by arrangement.	Additional There will be a Welcome Tray on arrival. The property has a selection of books, games and tourist information. A hair dryer is available. Electricity is included; there are storage heaters in most rooms.
