- We can take bookings online or are very happy to receive enquiries or bookings by telephone (01245 360030) or by email (please use Contact Us page).We require a deposit of 20% on booking with the balance due six weeks before your arrival date.
- Payments can be made by cheque or BACS transfer (internet bank transfer).
- Prices are inclusive of oil, electricity, bed linen, bathroom towels, kitchen towels, tea towels and initial household supplies.
- Initial household supplies include liquid soap, toilet roll, kitchen roll, cling film, foil, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, dishcloth, scourer, cleaning materials, tea, coffee and sugar.
- Dogs (The Barn only – maximum of 2) are an extra £5 per dog per night.
- Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday
- Short breaks are Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday
- Arrival times are from 3pm. Please vacate the property by 10am on your day of departure.
- Short break weekends are for three nights commencing at 3pm on Friday and ending at 10am on Monday.
- Mid-week short breaks are for four nights and commence at 3pm on Monday and end at 10am on Friday.
- We can be flexible about start days of bookings sometimes outside of peak times and when making a late booking.
